**Excellent Customer Service** I ordered get well flowers for a colleague who was readmitted to hospital. Emailed to pause delivery, received and immediate response. Reached out the following week to reschedule and flowers were delivered with hours of the email. Colleague was thrilled with the quality and size.

Thank you to Connie & the team for the lovely sympathy bouquet I ordered for a friend today. At a sad time their 'can do' approach was appreciatedI had a query on my order and the person I spoke to was very helpful. We asked for a change in colour in one of the wreaths online, and this was done for us. On the day the flowers were fresh and the wreath very nicely made. We were very pleased with our purchase
